2. Who is your service for, and are you insured and DBS‑checked?
We specialise in physiotherapy visits for older adults, helping clients stay strong, confident, and independent. Our therapists are registered, fully insured, and have completed enhanced DBS checks.

3. What happens during a first visit?
The initial appointment includes: Personal assessment of the patient’s mobility, environment, and fall risk.
Formulation of a tailored exercise program and safety advice (e.g. ergonomic adjustments, home hazards).
A short hands‑on intervention to get started.

4. How often will you visit or provide sessions?
Frequency varies depending on goals, condition, and individual needs. Some clients start with weekly visits that taper as recovery advances. Our goal: support your independence so you need less frequent care over time.

5. Do you provide equipment or aids?
No. However, we can recommend and advise on assistive devices such as grab bars, non‑slip mats, mobility aids, and ergonomic changes to your home to maintain safety and mobility.

6. How do you track progress?
We use assessments like balance and gait tests, and regularly review your routine and environment. This helps guide therapy and personalise adjustments over time .

Absolutely. We encourage family participation.

8. Do you accept insurance?
We can provide detailed receipts for claims submitted independently.

9. How are payments made?
On confirmation of initial appointment, therapists will provide bank transfer details, Payments are to be made via bank transfer or cash.
